The cottage in Cala en Paiàs stands alone, isolated more than a kilometre away from any modern or old building. It is located in the western part of the estate, a rugged and pleasantly natural and wild coastal area.

The cottage is simply stunning, thanks to its enviable natural location, without disdaining its style and layout. It consists of a large space where we find the kitchen, a spacious dining room and a large living room. Within the walls and heated by an ingenious heating system is the bedroom, cosy as a burrow. Outside, there is a large terrace made of marés that blends in with the wild nature of the surroundings.

This property is a 42m2 cottage, with one bedroom and can accommodate 2 adults and two children under 12 years old or three adults.
The bedroom has a 150X200cm bed. In the living room there is a 160X200cm sofa bed.
It is equipped with a kitchen with hob, bathroom with shower. It has a dining room and a living room.
Outside there is a covered terrace of 22m² and a large sandy garden.
From the house we have access to the sea.
It has a wood cooker and private parking.
In the past it was a "roter's house". The "roter" was a very poor farmer, who the "amo" (farmer in charge of the management of the estate) gave him a small and very poor area of the estate, called "rota", which he did not intend to cultivate. The name of the cottage comes from a nearby cove, Cala en Paiàs, so called because the prevailing westerly winds and currents bring in large quantities of seaweed.

Dogs up to 7Kg are accepted.
